Introduction
OLfix is a free tool from Quester Software Products. This free software tool repairs Outlook profiles and other Outlook related errors.
OLfix Overview
OLfix consists of a few tools combined into one program for repairing common Outlook errors in the profile, contact links and features. It can also call the internal Outlook repair command line switches with a click of a button.
OLfix Features
- Repair Outlook profiles. This is the main function of OLFix. Sometimes Outlook forgets to delete some registry keys. When trying to restart, Outlook will fail because some keys are deleted and some not. OLFix manages to fix that.
- Repair contact links. If you export a contact file into a new one, the links within it will still point to the old file. They will stop working if the old file is deleted.
- Extend reminders folders. With OLFix you can have reminders in other folders than Inbox, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks.
- Delete search folders. When crashing while having a search folder open or any search running (including activities) Outlook will not delete the search folder it has created for this search. It will not create new search folders after it reaches 99 ones. Use OLFix to delete the ones you do not need as it will hold back your computing power as well.

- Find duplicates. OLFix is able to find duplicates in any file or folder available to Outlook. It even searches all kinds of objects (contacts, emails, tasks)
